Thanks for viewing my blog and your comments. In fact many times, the people that benefited most from such community service projects are not the recipients, but the volunteers themselves. There is so much humanity and simplicity in these "less educated, poverty-striken" lives that we in the first world can learn from!

I am so glad this blog brought me back to some of you OTD team mates! Apart from you, James and Irene from my team responded as well :) ..all sweet surprises.
I am leading another Operation Shangrila to Yunnan in 2-weeks time. Hope to pass on my passion in adventure trips and community service now that i am leading a small group. Stay tuned for my next blog entry!
