Following closely the footsteps of OSL06, we returned to Shangri-la (Zhong Dian) and to Napa Village. The poor Tibetan village depends on logging as a primary source of income. Our project this time is to assist in the building of a new school block cum community hall. Our visit also serves as a learning experience for the locals who are just starting to engage eco-tourism (home-stay & trekking).
